Richard Hite Concrete Construction was founded in January 1995 by Richard Hite and incorporated in Williamsburg, Virginia in June 1998. With over 25 years experience in the concrete field, Richard Hite enjoys an active role in the daily operation of the company. A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction led to an expansion from the residential marketplace to the commercial marketplace, and the addition of a slip form curb and gutter division in 2002.

Certified by the National Ready Mix Concrete Association as a pervious concrete craftsman, Richard Hite Concrete Construction is paving the way of the future.

Richard Hite Concrete Construction is a proud member of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia, Inc., the Peninsula Builders and Contractors Exchange, and the National Federation of Independent Business. We are class A licensed, insured, bondable, and prequalified with the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Richard Hite Concrete Construction provides a full range of concrete services in the peninsula area including structural concrete, pervious concrete, flatwork, slip form work and site concrete. Our experience also includes light grading and general contracting.
